For a healthy life, one have to follow some tips and few of them of highly necessary. Upon following those health tips, every one can lead a healthy life. But human forget most of them, and he omitted some of them in the name of lifestyle, lack of time, and civilization.

Health can be of two forms namely Physical health, and Mental health. Maintaining Physical health is somewhat easy and that is also a compulsary task. The following are the tips to maintain our health in a natural way.

At first, one has to wake up in the early morning even though one don't have any work on the day. Mentioning the exact time of wakeup is not a fair thing, but one should have at least 6 hours of sleep maximum of 8 hours. People usually sleeps till 9'o clock on holidays. It is like those people born to work for a company and not for living their life.

Secondly, one have to keep the mouth and stomach always clean. It is not about brushing out teeth in the morning. Though cleaning the teeth in the morning is important, one should clean the mouth with normal water after taking any food like juice, tea, snacks. It helps us to maintain the pH of the mouth. When the pH of mouth is maintained, 95% of the teeth problems will go away.

It is best to use natural tooth brush like neem or banyan sticks whenever possible. It is also best to use salted tooth powder to easily clean the tooth.

Then one has to keep the stomach and intestine clean. One should go toilet till the stomach become completely empty. It is no indecency in going toilet two times a day. Comparing to Western toilet, Indian toilet helps to completely clean the stomach. If one goes to toilet half an hour after taking two glass of hot water and light walk, then it will be the best.

If the stomach is clean, it will work properly and it would be hungry even in early morning 6am. For people having problems like indigestion and gastric problems, it seems like having a pillow inside the stomach. Walking after a hot water could also helps them.

Thirdly, One can induce all the organs of the body by using exercise or yoga. Though both of them helps to induce our organs and plays a vital role in maintaining the health, they are not same. It is enough to have 30 minutes exercise or yoga asanas. Halasana helps to induce all stomach related organs, while Sarvangasana helps entire reactivation of our body. Initially, it will be hard, but will become a habit in a couple of days.

Exercise helps mostly for our muscles and and the skeleton of our body. But Yoga mainly concentrates on our internal organs and mental health. Exercise tightens our body muscle. But Yoga loosens our body muscle and even the skeletons. Regarding health, Yoga is better than Exercise.

Fourthly, a good diet. One has to take food only after he feels hungry. It is not a rule to eat at the proper time as morning 8am, and so on. It is also not necessary to eat three times a day. People doing white collar jobs can practice a two times a day, or less food. Similarly, people doing blue collar jobs can consume more food, or four times a day. The only rule is eat only whenever hungry. People doing white collar job must try to follow vegetarian diet. It will be more helpful for them.

Ancient tamil siddhars advised, go for toilet twice a day, take oil bath twice a week, have intercourse with wife twice in a month, take diarrhea medicine to clean small intestine twice in a year.
