Arasa Vidhai - Purification of Peepal Seeds

Arasa Vidhai also called as Peepal Seeds in English can be considered as herbal remedy for variety of problems. These seeds can be used to treat Male Infertility, Asthma, and also Constipation.

From ancient Siddha Texts, it is known that powdered Peepal Seeds consumed along with Honey can purify our Blood.

Pure powder of the Seeds are very rare. Usually Arasa Vidhai or Peepal Seeds are available inside its fruit which is in the size of chickpea. These fruits felled down from the trees and become dried along with some soil and dust.

Actual fruits of the tree are in the size of Chick Pea where as the seeds are very smaller than a Mustard. So these seeds has to be collected carefully.

After we collect them, we have to clean by using water to remove soil and dust. Some seeds may also go away. We have to repeat it two to three times and in the end, we will get pure and soil free Arasa Vidhai. But these seeds will be around 40% of those seeds you have taken initially because majority of the collected seeds would be along with Soil, Clay and dust particles.

Then those seeds has to be dried well, and ground well. Then only these powder can be used along with Milk or Hot Water.
